Trident Collections operates on a transparent no collection, no commission basis. You only pay a commission when funds are successfully collected, adhering to our 'no collection, no commission' policy. There are no upfront fees, retainers, or hidden charges.  

**Our pricing model**  

Our fees are outcome-based, meaning:  

• No upfront costs  

• No commission payable unless collection is successful  

• Fees are deducted only from monies recovered  

We only accept instructions where we believe there is a realistic prospect of recovery, ensuring our interests are aligned with yours from the outset.  

**Commission fees**  

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the amount successfully collected, with commission rates for debt recovery agreed in advance before any action is taken. Indicative commission rates typically range from:  

• 10% for straightforward, early-stage commercial debt  

• Up to 20% for complex, aged, or cross-border matters  

The applicable rate will depend on factors including:  

• Age of the debt  

• Value of the outstanding balance  

• Debtor location and jurisdiction  

• Complexity of recovery  

• Level of escalation required  

All commission terms are confirmed in writing prior to instruction.  

**LEGAL, COURT & THIRD-PARTY COSTS**  

Where recovery requires legal action or specialist third-party involvement, this will only be pursued with your prior approval. Any legal fees, court fees, or third-party costs are separate from our commission and will be clearly explained before being incurred.
